Steve Smith

Steve Smith is the President and Founder of GrowthSource Coaching, where since April 2011, business and executive coaching has focused on mindset, management consulting, and marketing strategies to help owners and executives grow their businesses. Previously, as CEO and Executive Coach for Executive Coaches of Orange County, Steve provided no-cost coaching to nonprofit leaders in Orange County, CA. Additional experience includes roles as Head Business Coach at OneCoach, Small Business Coach at OneCoach of Saddleback Valley, and various management positions at Batesville Casket Company, Carter Wallace, Reckitt & Coleman, and L&F Products. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Frostburg State University, obtained in 1979.
