Jane Gardner is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Director of the Residency Program at SV Academy since April 2021, Jane also holds roles as a Career Success Coach, Program Instructor, Curriculum Architect, and Relationship Manager. As the Principal and Co-Founder of Great Minds Professional Development, Jane focuses on enhancing growth and productivity within remote and hybrid teams in Canada, emphasizing company culture and leadership development.
