Seng Vang

Seng Vang has a diverse work experience in the technology field. They started their career in 2009 as an IT Support Specialist at BioMedix, where they managed IT infrastructure and resolved various technical issues. In 2011, they joined Calabrio, Inc. as an Implementation Engineer, deploying Calabrio product suite and resolving customer issues. They also served as a Senior Training Specialist at Calabrio, where they onboarded and trained customers on Calabrio ONE product suite and created training content. In 2019, Seng Vang joined 8x8 as a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant, implementing VoIP systems and providing training to customers. They later became an Implementation Advisor II, deploying cloud phone systems and troubleshooting issues. Currently, they work at GrowthZone AMS as an Associate Software Engineer, working with C# and .Net stack.

Seng Vang attended Metro State University from 2007 to 2012 and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. The field of study was Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In August 2019, Seng obtained a certification in "Cert Prep: VMware Certified Associate (VCA-DBT)" from LinkedIn.
