Thomas Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Thomas began their career at Marywood Nursing Care Center as a Masters in Social Work Intern, where they provided direct support to patients and families navigating the healthcare system. Thomas continued their social work internship at Corner Health Center, focusing on macro-level social work and community organizing.

Thomas then joined the Ecology Center, initially as a part-time Data Entry student employee before taking on roles as a Development Associate, Finance Administrator, and Office Manager. Thomas managed expense-tracking, grant distribution, payroll, benefits coverage, and supported budget and audit preparation.

After completing their Masters in Social Work, Thomas worked as a Development and Communications Coordinator at Mustard Seed Communities, where they managed capital giving campaigns, event planning, designed print materials, and coordinated a website redesign. Thomas also gained experience in email marketing.

Thomas then worked as an Associate Content Manager at Performics, where they supported accounts and developed reports and case studies. Thomas was later promoted to a Content Manager role, where they managed the execution of content strategies for national brands.

At Razor Rank, LLC, Thomas served as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they managed client relationships, developed content strategies, and generated content briefs.

Thomas then joined Women in the Boardroom as a Marketing Operations team member, before transitioning to GrowthZone AMS as both a Marketing Operations Manager and a CRM Systems Manager.

Throughout their work experience, Thomas has demonstrated the ability to manage client relationships, develop content strategies, analyze data, and support organizational growth and development.

Thomas Arnold completed their Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology at the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2011. Thomas later pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at the University of Michigan School of Social Work from 2012 to 2014.
