Ryan Blad

Ryan Blad is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as VP of Marketing at Growve since January 2024, focusing on integrating healthful and beneficial products from brands such as Sunwarrior, Vitauthority, and TOSC into consumers' daily lives. Previously, Ryan held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Sunwarrior from June 2014 to November 2025, where Ryan directed the marketing team in packaging, advertising, and social media strategy. Earlier career experience includes serving as Creative Director at Northrop Grumman, where Ryan specialized in graphic design across various media, and as Senior Designer at The Peterson Group, managing collateral for major clients. Ryan began the professional journey as a Graphic Designer at Communications 101 LLC, contributing to magazine publications and trade shows. Ryan holds an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Brigham Young University.
