Bhaskar Banerjee

Bhaskar Banerjee is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in finance and management. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Groww in India since September 2019, Bhaskar previously held the position of VP Operations at 5Paisa from July 2018 to September 2019 and served as Head of Operations & Product Management at Reliance Securities Limited from September 2005 to June 2018. Earlier career roles include Manager of Accounts at Kisan Ratilal Choksey Shares & Security Pvt. Ltd. and Finance Executive at CESC. Bhaskar began professional journey at Western India Shipyard Ltd. as an Executive focused on MIS and costing. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy (CA) and ICWAI from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, respectively, along with a commerce degree from St. Xavier's College.
