David Larkin

David Larkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and management within the real estate and construction industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Global Realty Services Group since August 2018, David focuses on due diligence services including ALTA surveys and environmental reporting, emphasizing efficient communication to facilitate transactions. Prior roles include Vice President of Due Diligence Commercial Services and Director of Commercial Real Estate Sales at GRS, as well as the Eastern Regional Director for Bock & Clark. David's previous experience also encompasses regional sales director positions in the insulation and building products sectors. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Construction Management/Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, alongside degrees in Accounting and Spanish/Finance from the University of West Florida and Inter American University of Puerto Rico, respectively.
