Michael Knudsen

Michael Knudsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate services. Currently serving as Field Resources Manager at GRS | Corteq since April 2010, Michael oversees the assessment division of GRS Group, an esteemed global network of real estate service firms. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at LandAmerica Assessment Corporation, including Program Coordinator and Technology Trainer, where responsibilities included recruiting contractors and delivering training on proprietary applications. Earlier experience includes work at LandAmerica Transnation Title as an Escrow Processor and at Bethany House as an Administrative Assistant and Campaign Coordinator, where significant contributions were made in grant research and event planning. Michael holds a BS in Human Services with an emphasis on Nonprofit Organization Administration from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
