Matthew Bacon, CFA has extensive experience in the real estate and financial analysis field. Matthew started their career as a Portfolio Analyst at Infinity Benefit Solutions, Inc., where they analyzed retirement plans and collaborated on marketing strategies. Matthew then moved on to roles at Starwood Property Trust and Duff & Phelps, honing their financial modeling and valuation skills. Most recently, they served as the Vice President, Investments at Grubb Properties, showcasing their expertise in investment strategies and decision-making.

Matthew Bacon, CFA earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Carroll University in 2013. In 2023, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation from the CFA Institute. Additionally, in 2016, they acquired certifications as an Illinois Associate Real Estate Trainee and a Michigan Limited Real Estate Appraiser.
