Michael Pickering

Michael Pickering is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and development. Currently serving as a Senior Development Project Manager at Grubb Properties since February 2017, Michael has held various titles within the company, including Development Project Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Commercial Property Manager. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Vice President of Property Management and Property Manager at Gemini Real Estate Advisors from July 2014 to February 2017. Michael's earlier career includes self-employment in property management and operations from 2005 to 2013 and a managerial role at Baja Burrito from 2006 to 2012. Michael holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Education from Castleton University, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from the same institution, earned from 2003 to 2006.
