Pete Kulas

Pete Kulas currently serves as the Corporate Director of Training and Development at GRUBBS Family of Dealerships, where they develop and execute training strategies aligned with dealership goals. Previously, Pete held various roles in the automotive industry, including Gsm and New Vehicle Director at Don Davis Ford and Van Chevrolet, respectively, and President at ACE - Automotive Career Enterprise. They have extensive experience in recruiting and training, having also worked as a Recruiting/Training Director at Advice, Inc. and a National Recruiter/Training Manager at EFG Companies. Pete's education includes ongoing studies in Bio-Chemistry at UTA in Arlington, Texas, following their high school education at J.F. Kimball.
