Michael Griep has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael began their career at Staff Electric Co. in 2008 as a Draftsman, responsible for organizing projects and tasks and coordinating with other draftsman. In 2010, they joined the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantry, managing groups of people and conducting evaluations. After completing their military service in 2012, Michael worked as a Mechanic at Tires Plus Total Car Care, where they performed repairs to tight standards and passed ASE testing. In 2015, they interned at U.S. Bank as a Teller, assisting customers with financial needs and adhering to strict regulations. Subsequently, they joined GE as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in 2017, before transitioning to Genpact as a Business Analyst in 2019. In this role, they conducted financial analysis, reconciled accounts, and created more efficient processes. Michael then worked as a Financial Analyst at GE from 2021 to 2022, specializing in LCS Digital, Acute Care, and LCS Services. Currently, they are employed at Grunau Company as an Assistant Project Manager since March 2022 and has been recently promoted to the position of Service Project Manager starting in April 2023.

Michael Griep attended Waukesha County Technical College from 2007 to 2009 and obtained an Associate's degree in Architecture. Michael then pursued further education at Carroll University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
