Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in embedded software development and management. Currently serving as Group Vice President at GRUNDFOS since August 2025, prior roles include Head of Embedded Software Development at John Deere where Amit led a team of 1,000 engineers to enhance agricultural machinery through advanced software solutions. Amit's tenure at Bosch Global Software Technologies spanned over two decades, during which key accomplishments included managing numerous teams focused on automotive embedded software and mechatronics, overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, and successfully transferring significant projects to India. Amit's career began at Xerox® DocuShare® as a Project Manager for embedded hardware and software development. Amit holds an Executive Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and is a Certified Executive Coach from the CFI Graduate School of Coaching.
