Charming Lin, PMP, WELL AP, is currently the Head of Service and Solution at Grundfos Taiwan, where they focus on service department management and energy optimization for sustainability projects. They previously held roles such as Data Center Program Site Lead at JLL and Tool Service Center Manager at Hilti Asia Pacific, showcasing over a decade of project management and automation experience. Charming has a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor's in Bioengineering and Automation Engineering from National Ilan University. Their expertise includes electric control systems, project implementation, and team leadership, with a strong commitment to sustainability and employee development.
