Dripta Roy

Dripta Roy is an accomplished professional with significant expertise in design and user experience. Currently serving as the Head of UX & UI Design Platform at GRUNDFOS since June 2018, Dripta is responsible for enhancing digital offerings through user-centered perspectives. Additionally, Dripta is the Interim Head of AI Solutions at GRUNDFOS, leading a team to accelerate AI-driven initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Design Manager and Design Manager at LEGO Group, and Creative Director/Founder at Dripta Design Studio, exemplifying a strong background in both digital and physical innovation. Dripta also contributes as a Member of the Board Of Advisors at Aalborg University and has held various positions in product development across multiple companies and regions. Educational credentials include a degree in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology and a BBA from Amstead University among other certifications.
