Iris Chiang

Iris Chiang currently serves as the Senior Director and Global Head of Business HR at GRUNDFOS, starting in October 2023, where responsibilities include being the HR Business Partner to the CEO of CBS and participating in both the Global CBS Leadership team and Global HR Leadership Team. Prior to this, Iris held significant roles at ams OSRAM from September 2017 to September 2023, including Head/Global Director of Learning and Regional Human Capital Development Director for Asia, focusing on talent development strategies. Previous experience includes various HR leadership positions at notable companies such as Kimberly-Clark, SMARTRAC N.V., Osram Opto Semiconductors, Deloitte Consulting, and Intel Corporation, spanning roles in employee relations, organizational development, and HR strategy. Iris holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Southern Queensland.
