László Mitnyik is a Lead Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile transformation and coaching across various organizations. Currently, László serves at Grundfos, mentoring teams and guiding corporate-level Agile initiatives. From 2017 to 2022, they were self-employed as an Agile Coach, working with numerous companies to implement Agile methodologies. Earlier roles included positions as a Product Owner and Project Manager at NNG, where László established Scrum teams and facilitated technical collaborations with international clients. László holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miskolc.
