Róbert Benkő is currently a Senior Reward Consultant at Grundfos, where they leverage extensive experience in global reward operations and strategic partnerships. Previously, as an Annual Reward Cycle Manager at Diageo, Róbert led significant transitions and executed complex reward processes. They have also held various roles in customer experience and human resources at notable hotels, developing a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.
