Ronak Monga

Ronak Monga currently serves as the Global Sales Development Director for District Energy at GRUNDFOS since January 2024. Previously, Ronak held the position of Regional Manager for Building Automation at HMS Networks from July 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading sales and business development, managing channel partner accounts, and developing marketing strategies across the Middle East. During a decade-long tenure at GRUNDFOS that began in July 2012, Ronak progressed through various roles, including Lead Business Development Manager and Segment Development Manager, achieving recognition as a "Reach For The Stars Winner" in 2022 for outstanding performance. Other professional experiences include founding an NGO in India focused on supporting women recovering from abuse, engaging in multiple internships in manufacturing, sales, and IT, and serving as a Placement Committee Representative during university studies. Ronak holds a B.E. (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani.
