At GRUNDFOS, Stephan currently serves as the Vice President of Sales IND OEM North America & Canada Country Director. Stephan'srole involves working with business partners to generate value and increase sales, as well as pioneering solutions to address water and climate challenges.

Before joining GRUNDFOS, Stephan worked at Schneider Electric as the Service Business Director. In this role, they reported to the VP of Services in Canada and had profit and loss responsibility for Central Canada. Stephan managed teams in 7 service centers across Ontario and led the low and medium voltage, drives, and industrial service team.

Stephan also has experience in Siemens Energy, where they held various positions. Stephan served as the Director of Oil and Gas Services, managing teams for sales, marketing, project management, service, installation, and commissioning. Stephan also held the role of Manager Field Service, where they built a successful Field Engineering team and provided operational solutions to the department. Additionally, they served as a Technical Product and Project Manager, leading engagements and project management for clients.

Prior to their roles at Siemens Energy, Stephan worked as a Senior Field Service Supervisor and a Steam Turbine Assembly Technician, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Additionally, Stephan acquired certification in Master in Project Management from Villanova University Department of Education and Counseling in 2005-2006.
