Uyen Phan

Uyen Phan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human rights, social impact, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Human Rights and Social Impact Advisor at GRUNDFOS since October 2021, Uyen oversees the human rights due diligence program, developing e-learning content and guidelines. Previous roles include Human Rights Coordinator, where contributions helped shape the company’s human rights initiatives, and Sustainability and Engagement Intern, which involved driving the Water2Life program. Uyen holds a Master's degree in Culture, Communication, and Globalization from Aalborg University, with a thesis focusing on modern slavery. Other notable experiences include leadership in event organization for Unleash Today, community management for Project 2030, and legal assistance at a law firm, complemented by a solid educational background in accounting and English literature.
