GruntWrk is the AI workforce for independent eye-care practices. We sit inside your EHR and run the front-desk grunt work — so your team can focus on patients instead of phones, paperwork, and follow-up.
Most software just hands your staff another dashboard to babysit. We're different: our agents don't give your team more buttons to click — they do the clicking. They pick up every call day and night, verify insurance overnight, text patients their intake forms, bring lapsed patients back, and chase lab orders through to pickup. Everything is written straight back into the chart, and your team only gets pulled in when a human is genuinely needed.

One system handles five jobs, all included:
• Calls & texts — booked, rescheduled, and answered, 24/7/365
• Insurance eligibility — every plan verified before the patient walks in
• Patient intake — forms sent ahead and filled out before arrival
• Recall & reactivation — overdue patients texted and rebooked
• Order tracking — glasses and contacts chased to "ready for pickup"

We integrate with the systems eye-care practices already run on, including RevolutionEHR, Crystal PM, Eyefinity, and more. The platform is HIPAA-compliant, with a BAA available on request.
We don't sell you a tool; we run the operation, and we keep building new workflows for your practice every week.
