At Grupo Demetra we aim to redefine real-estate to be a community building driver. Our mission is simple yet profound: to inspire a global shift towards slow living, sustainable practices, and deeper self-connection.

In a world that's always rushing, we advocate for a pause. Slow living isn't just a concept; it's a practice of mindfulness, where every moment is cherished, and life isn't just lived—it's experienced deeply.

Sustainability is at the heart of all we do. We believe in living in harmony with our planet, offering strategies and solutions that are environmentally friendly and socially responsible. From soul-friendly retreats to sustainable lifestyle workshops, and spaces that redefine the whole concept of living, we're here to guide your journey towards a greener future.

We, the humans from Grupo Demetra, thrive to develop new means to experience life in a more authentic, connected and circular way.
We're not just about individual transformation; we're about collective evolution. Our initiatives focus on connecting like-minded individuals, creating conscious communities that support, inspire, and grow together.

We invite you to join us on this journey of transformation. Whether you're seeking a retreat to reset, guidance on sustainable living, or a community that understands the value of slowing down, Grupo Demetra is the place to be.

We'd love to hear from you! Share your thoughts on slow and sustainable living, or reach out to learn more about our offerings.
