Leandro Oddera is an experienced Human Resources Professional with a strong background in the energy and automotive sectors. They have held various HR roles, including Training and Development Analyst, Chief of Personnel Management, and HR Manager at multiple private companies, demonstrating expertise in labor relations, recruitment, and employee development. Currently, as the Human Resources Manager at Grupo L, Leandro designs and implements HR strategies aligned with company objectives and manages a workforce of 7,000 employees under collective bargaining agreements.
