Founded by professionals with many years of experience in the real estate and development market, the LAC Group, since 1970, has been developing projects with the commitment to achieve them through tailor-made solutions, in tune with the tone of the market. More than having partners, Grupo LAC strives to establish strategic alliances that produce the best results and benefit everyone involved in each of its projects, carrying them out, as the Company's motto says, in the state-of-the-art. But for the LAC Group, state-of-the-art is a concept that goes beyond the common sense of expression: it is quality to the maximum, it is the excellence of the product.

Having as its greatest flags the sensitivity towards the social aspect, the Company seeks to build, wherever it is present, the valorization of the culture and the State of Pernambuco. For this reason, it invested in the interiorization of the real estate market in Pernambuco - as it did with Asa Branca Residence -, but without forgetting its urban developments - such as Shopping Guararapes, the second largest shopping center in the Metropolitan Region of Recife. When it comes to its performance, the main driver of the actions of the LAC Group is, without a doubt, ethics. For this reason, the Company prepared its own Code of Ethics with the aim of reinforcing and following solid principles and values. Thus, the LAC Group's philosophy is to achieve its goals without neglecting what is most important in personal and professional relationships: truth and trust. the LAC Group is this: state-of-the-art developments, with ethics and social sensitivity.
