FININC is a leading infrastructure player in Italy, with a strong position in the development, financing, construction, and management of large-scale infrastructure assets through its subsidiaries INC SpA and SIPAL SpA. With over five decades of experience, the Group has delivered strategic transport projects — motorways, tunnels, viaducts, and bridges. Current projects under management include the Pedemontana Veneta (SPV), A3 (Napoli–Pompei–Salerno), A21, A5, and A55 (Ivrea–Torino–Piacenza) highways.

Renowned for its expertise in project finance and PPP models, both greenfield and brownfield, FININC leverages project finance to optimize risk allocation, secure long-term funding, and ensure bankability for complex ventures. Through a fully integrated DBFMO approach (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain, Operate), the Group combines engineering and operational excellence with financial structuring capabilities, delivering sustainable, cash-generating investments across the entire asset lifecycle.

Beyond infrastructure, FININC operates across complementary sectors, ranging from construction and technological engineering to finance, international tourism, and the wine industry.
