Minh Pham

Minh Pham is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Technical Lead Manager at GRAVITY since November 2022, Minh previously held positions as Senior Backend Engineer and Team Lead at VNLIFE from March 2021 to December 2022, where Minh led a team to develop an order management system. Prior experience includes working as an Enterprise Engineer at Facebook, where Minh developed a cross-platform ticketing system, and as an Expert Software Engineer at Garena Group, contributing significantly to the Shopee website and optimizing page load times. Minh began the career at Works Applications Co., Ltd. as a Software Engineer working on tools for Cassandra databases. Minh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, obtained in 2014.
