Gryter is an AI fitness coach that actually knows you.

Most fitness apps hand you a generic plan and forget you the moment you close the app. A real coach is the alternative — but at $150–250 a month, that's out of reach for most people. Gryter is the coach in between.

Tell it what you want from your training, in your own words, and it works out what you actually need, builds a real program around it, and adapts every session to your real life — your schedule, your energy, the equipment you have that day. It's a coach, not a workout generator.

What makes it different:

We're just as deliberate about what we won't do: no streak-shaming, no 30-day-transformation promises, no ads, no selling your data. Your training history stays yours. And we're honest about what a great human coach still does better — being in the room, checking your form in person. On everything else — cost, total recall of your training, and being there every time you train — the math is hard to argue with.

Gryter is built by Abid Waqar, a senior software engineer who tried every fitness app and found none of them knew him — so he built the coach he wanted.

We're pre-launch, opening first to a founding group of 100 members. Coach-level training, for about the price of a coffee a week.
