Abel Britton

Abel Britton is an accomplished Indigenous Engagement Specialist with over a decade of experience in recruitment and community consultation. They served as a Senior Recruitment Advisor for CYP Design & Construct JV, where they managed the recruitment process and enhanced efficiency through mentoring and process improvements. As the Founder and Chair of the Victorian Indigenous Professionals Network, they connected Indigenous professionals across various sectors to promote collaboration and opportunities. Abel completed the MURRA Indigenous Business Master Class Program at the University of Melbourne and holds diplomas in business and management. Currently, they lead First Nations Engagement for the Spark North East Link Project at GS E&C.
