Jay Lee

Jay Lee is an experienced civil engineer and geotechnical specialist currently serving as Executive Director at GS E&C, responsible for engineering and operations support on the North East Link project. With a strong background in ground engineering and tunneling, Jay previously held the position of Associate Director at AECOM, where responsibilities included design and construction support for major highways and rail projects. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at Advisian, where expertise in geotechnical consulting and seismic risk assessments was demonstrated, and senior positions at Kajima, Waseda University, Dongil Engineering Consultants, and Dongbu Engineering Co., Ltd. Jay holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, alongside advanced degrees in geotechnical engineering and civil engineering from Waseda University and Hongik University.
