Andy Diepen

Andy Diepen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andy started their career at Hutchinson Technology, where they were responsible for optimizing high rate production processes. Andy then joined GE Aviation as a Digital Design specialist, leading teams in the development of digital avionics processor modules for commercial aircraft. After that, they founded and led Superior Search & Rescue LLC, a volunteer organization providing search and rescue services. Andy then transitioned to GS Engineering, where they held multiple roles including Chief Engineer and Business Development. In these roles, they focused on assembling top-tier teams, fostering innovation, and implementing enterprise standards to align with objectives. Currently, they are working as an Adjunct Instructor at Michigan Technological University.

Andy Diepen attended Michigan Technological University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
