Mark Rance

Mark Rance is the Co-Founder and Director at Kaptura, where they continue to lead initiatives since its establishment in 2020. Currently, they serve as the ERP Workstream Lead at Alliance Group Limited, a position held since 2019. Previously, Mark held various roles in the technology sector, including Group ICT Manager at ANZCO Foods Ltd and IT Manager at Canterbury Meat Packers, contributing significantly to both companies' growth. Mark has also served as President of Fencing New Zealand since 2017 and has been involved in the sport for several years as a selector. Their early career included engineering and support roles at companies such as Hewlett Packard and Racal Electronics.
