Murray Lambell

Murray Lambell is the Chief Customer Officer at Gousto, where they focus on customer experience, marketing, and service. They have served in various leadership roles at eBay, including Vice President & General Manager and Senior Director for UK Trading. Murray's career began with British Airways, where they completed a General Management Graduate Development Programme and progressed to Director-level roles in sales and marketing. Currently, they are a board member at GS1 and on the Advisory Board for Missing People, contributing their expertise in marketing. Murray holds a BA in Combined Honours from the University of Exeter and an MBA with a focus in Marketing & Strategy from London Business School.
