Eric Caesar

Eric Caesar has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Eric has held positions such as Director of Talent Acquisition at GSC and Ellison Technologies, Inc. Eric has also served as a Full-Time Assistant Professor at Rio Hondo College. In addition, Eric has worked as a Manufacturing and R&D Human Resources Manager at Alcoa Fastening Systems and Multi-Terminal Human Resources Manager at DHL Global Mail. Eric has also worked as an HR and Talent Acquisition Consultant and Executive Coach for various organizations. Eric has experience in teaching as well, having served as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University's Human Resources Graduate Program. Eric began their career as a Staffing Manager at the University of Southern California. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in developing talent acquisition strategies, implementing employee engagement programs, and improving recruitment processes.

Eric Caesar has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Eric also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained multiple certifications, including an Instructional Design Certificate from the Associate of Talent Development (ATD), Innermetrix ADVanced Insights Profile from Innermetrix, Gallup Certified Strength Coach from Gallup, Certified Talent Acquisition Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) & FIRO-B certification, and Certified Coach from both California State University Long Beach (CSULB) and Chapman University. Eric has also completed a course on Understanding and Managing OFCCP Compliance from AIRS.
