Founded in 1995 in Ukraine, GSC Game World is an independent game developer, best known for the original Cossacks series and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise. 

Today, GSC Game World is focused on developing S.T.A.L.K.E.R.2: Heart of Chornobyl. The game is set to release on PC and Xbox series X|S on September, 5 2024.
