Cecile Blilious

Cecile Blilious serves as the Head of Impact and Sustainability at Pitango Venture Capital since March 2020 and is a Steering Committee Member at VentureESG from September 2021. As a member of the Board of Trustees at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem since June 2022, Cecile contributes to governance and strategic direction. Additionally, Cecile co-founded and chairs GITA, an initiative supporting the impact-tech ecosystem. Other roles include serving on the Advisory Committee of the Arison Center for ESG since February 2024 and being a member of the National Advisory Board for the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment since July 2019. Cecile has a history of mentoring at the Keren Shemesh Foundation from 2007 to 2023 and was the Managing Partner at Impact First Investments from March 2011 to March 2020, focusing on equity investments in social enterprises. Previous board roles include observing for Intendu and Catalyst Ag-Tech. Cecile holds a B.A. in Political Science, International Relations, and Philosophy from The Hebrew University obtained between 1984 and 1987.
