Tom Worth

Tom Worth is a Senior ITSM Consultant at GSI, Inc. since January 2019, bringing extensive experience in IT service management and systems engineering. Previously, Tom held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at IT Prophets from June 2005 to January 2019, where responsibilities included the installation and customization of BMC Remedy Action Request System and ITSM Suite, along with BMC Atrium CMDB configuration. Tom's career also includes roles as Senior Systems Engineer at Datacraft Solutions, Inc., Senior Remedy Developer at Citigroup, Senior Remedy Consultant at Covansys, SAP Support at J.J. Croney & Associates, and Systems Engineer at Motorola. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in 1994.
