Eric Hendrix

Eric Hendrix is a dedicated safety director at GSM Services, with extensive experience in emergency management, fire prevention, and team supervision. They have taught various fire rescue and emergency management courses at Gaston College since 1999 and have been an instructor and consultant for Compliance Training Associates since 2001. Prior to their current roles, Eric served as Fire Marshal and Assistant Emergency Management Director for Gaston County Government from 1998 to 2020, where they developed critical emergency response plans and coordinated fire safety initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing studies in Animal Science at North Carolina State University.
