Brian Miranda

Brian Miranda is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Financial Controller at GSMA since 2020, Brian previously held significant roles at Primus Telecommunications Limited from 2005 to 2010, including UK Financial Controller and European Financial Controller, where leadership of finance teams and cost reduction initiatives were key responsibilities. Brian also worked at The Abraaj Group from 2012 to 2019 as Financial Controller, contributing to the firm's operations across multiple continents. Educationally, Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, various professional qualifications in accountancy from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Commerce with Distinction from the University of Southern Queensland.
