Dapeng Lin

Dapeng Lin is currently the Lead of Chinese Government Relations and Policy at GSMA, where they organize the Mobile World Congress and engage in strategic cooperation across major Chinese cities. Prior to this role, Dapeng served as a Senior Expert at the China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and has extensive experience in government affairs and policy with organizations such as Cisco, Oracle, and the United Nations Development Programme. They have also held leadership positions in various industry associations and led projects addressing economic and environmental policy. Dapeng's educational background includes studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
