Hector Matthews

Hector Matthews is currently the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager at GSMA, where they oversee the Mobile for Humanitarian Innovation program, leveraging quantitative and qualitative tools to monitor project impacts and share insights globally. Previously, they held various roles including Partnerships Manager at both Simbiotik Limited and The Communications Agency, Research Manager and Head of Digital at Spinach, and Evaluation Consultant for Plan International. With broad experience in global research and development organizations, Hector has worked on diverse projects and initiatives across the world. They also gained freelance experience as a Qualitative Researcher and served as a Research Associate at Prediki.
