Jo Gilbert

Jo Gilbert has had extensive work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Starting in 2002, Jo worked as a Global Product Manager at Vodafone until 2006. They then joined EE in 2007 as a Senior Product Manager, where they stayed until 2012. Since then, Jo has worked at GSMA, starting as a Senior Product Manager and progressing through various roles, including Global IoT Lead and Platform & Services Lead. Currently, Jo holds the position of Technology Director, Manufacturing and Industrial lead at GSMA.

Jo Gilbert has an MSc in Business Computing from The University of Huddersfield, obtained in 2006-2007. In 1995-1998, they completed a BA in Business Administration at Nottingham Trent University. Jo also has a Diploma in Marketing (DipM) from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, earned in 1997-1998. In 2018, Jo completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
