Linus Melly

Linus Melly is an experienced economist specializing in public policy, competition law, and finance. For three years, Linus led competition management at Safaricom PLC, focusing on economic modeling, go-to-market strategy, and policy recommendations. Prior to that, Linus spent six years as a Senior Financial Economics Analyst at the Competition Authority of Kenya, where they contributed to major developments in competition policy and market analysis. Linus currently serves as a Senior Policy Manager at GSMA, concentrating on public policy advocacy in the telecommunications sector across Sub-Saharan Africa. They hold a degree from Kenyatta University, completed in 2015.
