As the Director of Technology, Innovation, and Customer Experience at GSMA since 2021, they lead a global team focused on revolutionizing digital engagement and developing strategies that have generated over £150 million in revenue. Previously, they held several key positions at GSMA, including Head of Business Technology and Head of Innovation & Technology, where they were instrumental in advancing digital transformation initiatives and delivering cutting-edge solutions. Xavier’s earlier experience includes project management roles in construction and lecturing on NFC and mobile payments in various academic programs. They hold a degree in Agricultural-Environmental Engineering Technology from Universitat de Lleida.
