Ryan Yeh

Ryan Yeh is the Vice President and Legal Counsel at GSR, where they focus on cryptocurrency lending, Bitcoin funds, and distressed debt. They previously served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald and were an Associate at MoloLamken LLP. Ryan has experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Courts of Appeals and has held various positions in legal research and litigation, including an internship at the San Francisco City Attorney's Office and a summer clerkship at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Ryan earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.
