Established in 2005, GSS is a global recruitment firm specializing in the placement of senior executives and medical and scientific leaders for biopharmaceutical companies and other life science enterprises. With over 50 years of collective industry-specific search experience, our principals have built a distinguished track record, successfully serving a wide range of clients from emerging, privately-held biotechs to global life science enterprises.

Our intimate knowledge of the ever-evolving industry landscape, world-class research capabilities, and a robust global network of industry executives and thought leaders enable GSS to swiftly identify and gain unique access to rare individuals with the necessary skills and leadership attributes. By investing significant time in understanding our clients’ mission, culture, and unique value proposition, GSS effectively screens prospective candidates for fit beyond just their technical and experiential qualifications.

GSS employs a milestone-based fee structure, reflecting our commitment to delivering efficient results for our clients. This ensures that clients pay only for results, not for our time.
