Tom Splaine

Tom Splaine is a seasoned Director and HCM Technical Architect, currently leading the technical architecture of cloud-based HR solutions at Groundswell, with a focus on secure deployments for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Prior to this, Tom served as a Senior Director at FINRA, where they managed complex digital transformations, migrating HR and Finance systems to a cloud-based ERP ecosystem. With a background in ERP implementation and extensive expertise in systems like Workday, Oracle, and SAP, Tom excels in optimizing technology investments and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. They began their career as a Senior Technical Consultant at Northrop Grumman, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence in technology initiatives. Tom holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from American University and is pursuing an MBA at The George Washington University.
