Mike Rizza

Mike Rizza is currently an Associate Counsel at GTCR. Prior to this, they worked as a Tax Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2016 to May 2019. Mike also worked as a Summer Associate at the same company from May 2015 to August 2015. Mike Rizza has also worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Niagara Bottling, LLC from June 2012 to July 2013 and as a Training Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology from October 2011 to June 2012. Before that, they served as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist (Dari) in the United States Air Force from March 2005 to September 2009.

Mike Rizza has a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, and a BA in International Studies with a concentration in International Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Mike Rizza reports to Constantine S. Mihas, Co-CEO and Managing Director. They work with Craig A. Bondy - Managing Director, Co-Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Andrew Johnson - Principal and Chief of Marketing and Communications, and Akash Kar - Vice President.
