Hatice Bilada

Hatice Bilada is a Quality Systems Manager and Project Manager with extensive expertise in project management and quality assurance. Currently, they oversee quality management systems and lead projects at GTech, utilizing methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to drive process improvements. Previously, Hatice served as a Chief Quality and Operations lead at Huawei, where they developed operational strategies and organized training sessions. They have also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at ISG, conducting audits and improving customer satisfaction management processes. Hatice holds a Master's degree in International Business Management from Griffith College Dublin and degrees in Industrial Engineering and International Business.
