Mert Badalıoğlu

Mert Badalıoğlu has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Mert worked as a Dynamics NAV Developer at Pargesoft, where they gained experience in working with various versions of NAV and different modules. Mert then moved on to Asseco South Eastern Europe (ASEE) as an Application Support Engineer, where they were responsible for the administration of virtual POS applications for multiple banks. After this, Mert joined TAV Technologies, initially as an Application Support Engineer and later as a Database Administrator. In these roles, they handled customer requests, performed routine tasks, and managed airport systems applications. Currently, Mert is working at GTech (G Teknoloji Bilişim San ve Tic AŞ.) as a Data Engineering Consultant. Mert'sresponsibilities include designing and implementing data solutions using Agile and DevOps methodologies to help clients make data-driven decisions.

Mert Badalıoğlu completed their education at Işık Üniversitesi. From 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Operations Research with a focus on Industrial Engineering at Işık Üniversitesi, but they dropped the program in 2017.

Additionally, Mert Badalıoğlu has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they became a MongoDB Certified Database Administrator. Mert also holds an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, which they obtained in 2021 from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Mert further acquired Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator and Practitioner certifications from IBM in April 2021. Most recently, in February 2023, they became a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer.
